Principle

This is a standard cold batch dyeing machine. Basic technological process is feed in—cooling roller—evenness squeezer—package.

Basic principle of cold batch dyeing is reactive dyes under normal temperature alkali fixing color ,according to this principle, the main notice points is: cooling roller feed in, small liquor ratio dye vat, low tension winding.

Big rolling dia. low tension is special important for the center winding device, top grade of frequency converter with lower price.
